I came to Niagara Falls twice from Ohio and both times my family and I dined at this restaurant. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the food, and the staff is always polite and incredibly friendly. I love this place!

My waitress Tracy was a delight. I went at a slow time and so we could talk more. She was asking me about my trip and where I was from. We talked for a while. I could have talked to her all day. She was very pleasant and funny. I enjoyed the food, but the service was phenomenal. My food was also very fresh. If you want a recommendation, get the Messi chicken sandwich!

Great food, we ALWAYS stop when we can in HRC it is always a winner with my family, the girls enjoy the Caesar Salad, and the boys enjoy the burgers so everybody ends up Happy !!! The HRC of Niagara fall was really good and the service really efficient which was perfect as we were a bit in a hurry like everyone else in order to maximize our visit time in Niagara falls.

Great food and amazing service with some good music to enjoy the atmosphere. For anyone else who is coming here for the first I would recommend getting the strawberry basil lemonade, very well balanced sweetness and incredibly refreshing

My family and I came to this Hard Rock Cafe on our way to visit Niagara Falls. Our great server Brian who pretty much was a one man band because throughout the course of us eating I saw him wait on two tables and bartend. The atmosphere was pretty cool with the tv's playing music videos in the background and there was a room dedicated to local artists next to the Hard Rock Cafe gift store. I bought a shot glass and guitar picks myself. I would highly suggest the steak fajitas which were so good and juicy. I also had the Buffalo wings which were sauced up just how I like them. It was just a overall great experience.
